DEALER SHIPPING POLICY
$250 minimum on ALL orders.
Unlike many mail order companies, we do not attempt to make a BIG profit on shipping charges. On all orders that do not meet our free shipping order minimum, we charge according to FedEx published rates.
Free Shipping Order Minimum
Please note: Free shipping is applicable only to orders sent within the continental United States via FedEx Ground. If you request express shipping, you will be charged the published FedEx rate.
FedEx Ground Shipping
Ground orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt.
FedEx Express Shipping (3-day, 2-day, and Overnight shipping)
Orders received Monday through Friday by 11 AM MST will receive priority attention and be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11 AM MST will be shipped the next business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Please note: For 3-day and 2-day shipping, the day of shipment does not count when calculating delivery date. For example, if you choose 2-day shipping, your order will arrive two business days after the date that your order is processed and shipped.
FedEx Saturday Delivery
The best way to request Saturday delivery is to order by phone rather than through the website. Saturday delivery may not be available in your area. Orders received by 11 AM MST on Friday can be shipped for Saturday delivery for an additional $15.00 fee added to overnight shipping charges.
What if my FedEx package hasn’t arrived?
If FedEx tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can’t locate it, please take a moment to check the area surrounding your store, including side and rear doors, garage or storage areas, and neighboring stores. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so that we can schedule a driver follow-up with FedEx. If FedEx is unable to locate the package at that time, we will assist you in replacing the order. However, if you don’t contact us within the 10-day time frame, we are not liable for the lost package.
All wholesale orders must be shipped to the shop location or distribution warehouse. We do not allow shipments, including drop shipments, to ANY residential address.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or it is missing a product, you must contact us within 10 business days of receiving the order to request a credit or replacement product.
Please note: Notifications received after 10 business days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
