Dealer Shipping Policy
$250 minimum on ALL orders.
Unlike many mail order companies, we do not attempt to make a BIG profit on shipping charges.
FREE ground shipping on all orders $250 and over.
On all orders that do not meet our free shipping order minimum, we charge realtime rates for ground service.
Please note: Free shipping is applicable only to orders sent within the United States via ground service. If you request express shipping, you will be charged the rates presented during checkout on our website.
Shipping Address
All wholesale orders must be shipped to the shop location or distribution warehouse. We do not allow shipments, including drop shipments, to ANY residential address.
Shipping Services & Details
Standard Ground Shipping
We will ship the carrier of our choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS etc) unless explicitly outlined during checkout. Delivery is usually 2-5 business days, depending on distance, but is not guaranteed.
Express Shipping (3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping)
FedEx overnight service is the only guaranteed express service.
Express orders are generally billed at our heavily discounted rates. These are displayed on the website during checkout or quoted by our staff during phone orders.
Express orders received Monday through Friday by 11 a.m. MST / 12 p.m. CST will receive priority attention and be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11 a.m. MST / 12 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Saturday Delivery
Please request Saturday delivery by contacting us by phone rather than through the website. Saturday delivery may not be available in your area. Orders received by 11 a.m. MST / 12 p.m. CST on Friday can usually be shipped for Saturday delivery for an additional $15.00 added to overnight shipping charges.
Split Shipments
Your order may ship from more than one warehouse based on item availability. In the case of a split shipment, you’ll receive two separate tracking numbers from two different order shipment emails.
Shipping FAQs
What if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can’t locate it, please take a moment to check the area surrounding your store, including side and rear doors, garage or storage areas, and neighboring stores. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so that we can schedule a driver follow-up. If the carrier is unable to locate the package at that time, we will assist you in replacing the order. However, if you don’t contact us within the 10-day time frame, we are not liable for the lost package.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or it is missing a product, you must contact us within 10 business days of receiving the order to request a credit or replacement product.
Please note: Notifications received after 10 business days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
