Before you apply!

THE EVENT MUST BE AT LEAST 60 DAYS FROM THE SUBMISSION DATE

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT WEBSITE SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY YOUR EVENT

US-BASED EVENTS ONLY!

MUST NOT HAVE ANY CONFLICTING SPONSORS, INCLUDING "THE FEED" and
"PICKLE JUICE"

PLEASE REVIEW THE EVENT CRITERIA BELOW!

IF YOUR EVENT FITS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA, WE ARE EXTREMELY INTERESTED IN HELPING SUPPORT THEM:

  • Gravel - 100k/62 miles and above distances only
  • Road Cycling - 100k/62 miles and above distances only
  • Mountain Bike - Races 3 hours or longer and/or 50 miles or longer will be considered
  • Running – 50K and above only
  • Winter Sports - Nordic skiing races will be considered on an individual basis
  • Paddle Sports - Will be considered on an individual basis
  • Cyclocross - Will be considered on an individual basis
  • Clinics & Camps - We are primarily interested in supporting cycling and triathlon-specific camps, but all will be considered.
  • Motocross - Will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Endurance Equestrian Events - Will be considered on an individual basis.
  • MUST READ! If you have a Multi-distance events:
    • Triathlon - We will provide complimentary product support and goody bags for Olympic distance and above.
    • Running - We will provide complimentary product support and goody bags for ultra-distances only.
    • Gran Fondo and Gravel - We will provide complimentary product support and goody bags for 100k/62 miles distances only.

**Please be aware that the product we give is calculated at RETAIL PRICING

Participant numbers will be verified prior to shipment and adjusting accordingly.

NON-QUALIFYING EVENTS:

If we are unable to fully support your event, we offer sponsorship at “Event Only Pricing” which is 50% off retail pricing.

In exchange for event pricing, we do expect the following:

  • Logo on your event website
  • Social media recognition
  • Photos from your event
