If you have a product that has expired, please contact us within 90 days before or after the expiration date to determine eligibility for a *credit.
Required Information for Resolution
Email us a photo/screenshot of the following information:
• Product
• Expiration Date
• Lot Number
Please also include the quantity of items you are requesting to return.
*Credits Applied to your Account
Please allow 1–10 business days for credit processing. Credits will be applied to your Hammer Nutrition account and must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance. For products purchased through distributors, the credit issued will be 50% of the wholesale price. If purchased through us credit applied to your account will be 100%. (best in the business!) Credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
